TriApp Track runs the counseling side of four weight-management practices, led by Dr. Kaplan's Long Island Weight Loss Institute. Each clinic works in its own walled-off space on its own subdomain — its own visit forms, its own branding, its own staff.
One click from the scale to the chart. Staff press Take Scale Reading in the open visit note; a Valhalla bioimpedance scale reports through a small bridge on the clinic PC, and about 40 body-composition values — weight, BMI, body fat, muscle mass, body water, visceral fat — land in the note. A one-line installer sets up any station.
Counseling, visit by visit. Every visit is a structured counseling session on the clinic's own forms, with a calculation engine that reproduces the formulas the clinic has trusted for years. At LIWLI, patients now continue past Visit 16 into a twelve-module counseling curriculum — from Nutrition Principles to Long-term Maintenance — with talking points built into every session.
AI we've implemented. Medical dictation with Amazon Transcribe Medical — audio streams from the browser straight to AWS and never touches our servers — and an AI documentation reviewer built on Claude through AWS Bedrock, governed by hard never-overcode rules.
